Lock in Monday. Gone by Friday.

You've watched from the sidelines for months. You know what to do, roughly. Then a long shift, a few beers, an hour on your phone, and the week's gone. Three out of four blokes who join us say this loop is the real problem.

Guessing on your own

Big start, missed sessions, a dead week, start again. Same body in March as in January.

On the Blueprint

Four sessions a week, moved around your shifts, swings and footy. The plan bends. You don't stop.

What blokes wrote on their application form, word for word.

Three things keep you average

44%said this

Too much conflicting advice

Every reel says something different. You end up doing a bit of everything and none of it properly.

We tell you exactly what to do and why.

30%said this

Not enough time

Early starts, long swings, nights on the tools, training and game day. Standard programs assume a nine to five you don't have.

Your plan is written around your week.

25%said this

Can't stay consistent

Motivation runs out by week two. Nobody checks in, so nobody notices when you drop off.

A coach checks in every week. You don't go missing.

I was the bloke who'd lock in Monday

I'm Tom Baulch. I played high level footy in the VFL and NEAFL and I'm a qualified personal trainer. I still got stuck. Drinking every weekend, hitting snooze, promising myself I'd start again Monday.

At 21 I lost my best mate. That changed my life. I stopped waiting for the right time, started training properly and started posting it online. Blokes started messaging me asking for help, and that's how Prime Train started.

What fixed it for me wasn't motivation. It was structure, a plan I didn't have to think about, and people holding me to it. Today Prime Train is a team of more than 40 coaches, nutritionists and support staff, and over 1000 blokes have changed their bodies and their headspace with us.

You've watched long enough. It's your turn.
