Tom Baulch

What’s going on you legend. The spark of curiosity is real, the want to better yourself is real, and I am here to help ya! I’m Tom, the founder of Prime Train. My journey into fitness began as a young teen battling low self-confidence. 


In the world of social media, I remember feeling invisible, like I didn’t measure up—if it was taking my shirt off in public, trying to catch a girl’s eye, or out on the sporting field. Funnily enough, my fitness journey started for two main reasons. Firstly, when a girl (I might have had a crush on) mentioned she liked guys with abs… I vividly remember starting to do push ups and sit ups in my dorm room, one hundred every night before I went to bed. The second reason was after losing my football grand final at the age of 16, that next summer I locked in my training and nutrition to become a better footballer, get my confidence back, and dominate on the field. 



For me, fitness quickly became more than just a way to look good and play well; it became a path to improve my self-esteem and resilience. I know what it feels like to want to transform, not just physically but mentally, too. And that’s why I created Prime Train: I want to help you become the best athlete you can be, and on that journey, find who you really are, gaining confidence and strength from that disciplined mindset. 

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate enough to transform thousands, empowering their confidence and helping them thrive both inside and outside the gym. Fitness isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s about building the inner strength to take on whatever life throws at you. Oh, and remember that girl I had a crush on, I actually got the confidence up to ask her out, and dated her, pretty big dub if you ask me! You’ve got next.
